An employee was serving a non-member via the Teller Non-Member Services feature and accidentally posted an in-house check as an outside check instead. How would we correct this so the check can be properly posted as an on-us check?
Normally when serving a member, you would use Tool #31 Reverse Tran/Adjust Drawer (Same Day) to reverse the transaction and correct the drawer, then run the check through properly via in-house checks.
